As an Operations Manager at the studio, your role involves managing studio operations to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety. You will be responsible for supervising staff, providing guidance and feedback, as well as monitoring client feedback to address any concerns promptly. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing studio operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and safety. - Supervising staff, offering guidance and feedback for their development. - Monitoring client feedback and resolving any concerns effectively. In Sales And Marketing, your focus will be on driving client sales to achieve monthly targets, devising strategies to retain clients, and developing and implementing marketing initiatives. You will also be building relationships with corporate partners and community organizations. Your responsibilities in Financial Management will include managing budgets, controlling expenses, and optimizing revenue. You will analyze sales and membership data to make informed business decisions. As a leader, you will lead and motivate a team of private trainers, group fitness instructors, and sales staff. Your role will involve recruiting, training, and developing staff to achieve business objectives while fostering a positive and inclusive studio culture. Qualifications required for this role: - 2+ years of experience in hospitality/Pilates studio or a related field. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proven expertise in sales and marketing. Desirable qualifications include experience with gym/studio operations software, knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, and familiarity with fitness programming and trends. The working hours for this role will involve varied shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.,
