Studio Manager / Live Rehearsal Space Coordinator

As an intern at The Tiny Room, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the studio and live rehearsal space, located in Basistha Charali, Guwahati. Your role will involve sales & marketing, social media promotion, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You will be working on an "on-call" basis, attending work only when there is a booking. The Tiny Room is a vibrant, artist-focused audio and creative studio that supports musicians, producers, content creators, podcasters, and performers at all stages of their careers. We are dedicated to providing top-tier recording and creative environments, as well as live rehearsal experiences in a community-centric setting. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, team leadership abilities, and project management capabilities. Sales experience is essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of audio equipment and studio management is required, and any experience in the music industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or a related field is preferred. In terms of remuneration, you will receive 25% from each sale, with a target of 4 sales or 5 hours per day.
