The Role: Studio Manager

We’re looking for a Studio Manager who can run the studio like a business, understands how creative production actually works on ground, and actively contributes to business development, pitching, and revenue growth.

This role blends:

• Creative & production understanding
• Studio operations
• Sales, pitching & outbound growth

Key Responsibilities

Studio Operations & Production

• Manage daily studio operations, bookings, schedules, sets, and equipment
• Ensure smooth execution of photo shoots, video shoots, podcasts, and campaigns
• Coordinate with directors, DOPs, photographers, editors, and creative teams
• Maintain premium service standards and on-ground execution quality

Creative Workflow Understanding

• Strong understanding of pre-production → production → post-production workflows
• Anticipate creative and technical needs before shoots
• Solve on-ground production challenges efficiently

Client & Industry Relationships

• Build and maintain relationships with:
• D2C brands (personal care, beauty, fashion, wellness)
• Founders, marketing heads, and creative heads
• Production houses, agencies, and creators
• Drive repeat bookings, partnerships, and referrals

Business Development & Sales

• Actively contribute to business development for Monarch Studio
• Lead and support pitching & studio walkthroughs
• Execute outbound lead generation (brands, agencies, creators)
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and long-term retainers
• Own studio revenue targets and booking utilisation

Who Should Apply- 3 to 7 years experience in studios, production houses, or creative agencies- Strong understanding of creative & production workflows- Existing network within D2C / beauty / fashion / agency ecosystem- Comfortable with pitching, outreach, and closing conversations- Ownership mindset — not a “9-to-5 operator”How to Apply
