Studio Manager and project coordinator

As an integral member of the ZENG animation and design studio team based in Guwahati, Assam, your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth operation and successful delivery of projects. Your key tasks will include: - Project Tracking & Management: You will be responsible for maintaining the schedule and budget of multiple projects, ensuring they progress smoothly and efficiently. - Client Coordination: Your role will involve managing client feedback and facilitating clear communication between the studio and clients to guarantee client satisfaction. - Team Management: Aligning and coordinating the efforts of animators, designers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and collaborative working environment. - SOPs & Workflow Optimization: Developing and implementing structured processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity within the studio. - Resource Allocation: Assigning tasks, balancing workloads, and optimizing resource utilization to maximize output and meet project requirements. - Quality Control: Overseeing the production process to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client expectations. - Deadline & Delivery Management: Keeping track of project timelines and ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones and final deliverables. - Crisis Management: Proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks, unexpected challenges, and other issues that may arise during project execution to maintain project momentum and quality.
