Students Counselor

About the Role

As a Student Counselor – Overseas Education, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents. Your responsibility will be to understand student profiles, career goals, and financial background, and guide them through the entire overseas admission journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counseling to students and parents regarding study abroad options
• Guide students on countries, universities, courses, eligibility, fees, and intake timelines
• Assess student profiles and recommend best-fit universities and programs.
• Coordinate with the visa team for visa guidance and interview preparation
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Update student data in CRM / lead management systems
• Work closely with the branch team to meet monthly counseling and enrollment targets
• Build trust-based relationships with students and parents through transparent guidance

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education-related fields preferred but not mandatory)
• 0–1 year experience in student counseling, education consultancy, sales, or customer service
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Ability to handle parents and students professionally
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, online applications)
• Willingness to learn international education systems and visa processes
• Female candidates preferred (as per role requirement)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
