As a Student Success Manager at Bambinos.Live, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Your excellent English proficiency will be essential in effectively communicating with the customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and managing all aspects of the customer experience.

2. Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

3. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to address any concerns or issues they may have.

4. Collaborate with teachers and parents to create individualized learning plans for students.

5. Providing regular reports on customer interactions, satisfaction levels and any issues or trends that need strategic decisions.

6. Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

7. Making sure customers upgrade the program and continue with organization for a longer period.
