Student Relationship Executive

Job Location - Topsia [Note - Only female candidates will be preferred for this job role]

Required Experience - Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a referral manager or admission counselor, preferably in the education sector or edtech, is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Referral Program Management: Developing and implementing strategies to maximize referrals from current students, alumni, and other contacts.
• Lead Generation & Management: Actively seeking out and generating new leads for admissions, potentially through referrals, phone outreach, schools , coaching centers and other marketing initiatives.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, or yearly admission sales targets.
• Counselling and Conversion: Guiding prospective students through the admissions process, addressing their queries, and converting them into enrolled students.
• Relationship Building: Maintaining strong relationships with potential students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Minimum Education Qualification - Graduation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
