You will be responsible for owning the student application and visa journey with expertise. Your main tasks will include guiding students on required documents, deadlines, and dos and donts. It will be crucial for you to meticulously keep track of every file to ensure no case slips past your attention. Your role will focus on: Calling and engaging with prospective students from our database. Identifying genuinely interested leads and smoothly transferring them to the counselling team. Assisting students in collecting and submitting required documents. Providing essential support to counsellors to ensure a smooth student journey.
