As a Manager, Senior Manager, AGM Placement & Training in the Education Sector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful placements and internships for students at NSHM Institute of Computing Analytics, NSHM Business School, NSHM Health Science, NSHM Media School, and NSHM Design School. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Implementing and systemizing pre-placement offers to increase the highest package and number of PPO companies - Enhancing the quality of placements by attracting top companies, improving job opportunities, and increasing average salaries annually - Organizing summer and winter internships with companies that offer potential conversion to final placements - Collecting job descriptions from organizations and sharing them with students promptly Your role will also involve: - Building and maintaining corporate relationships, attracting new clients, and managing existing relationships - Coordinating campus interviews, managing placement logistics, and ensuring seamless hiring processes - Providing career guidance to students, counseling them, and preparing them for interviews - Organizing skill development seminars, training sessions, guest lectures, and industry visits for students - Collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve university objectives and career services goals Additionally, you should possess: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - High integrity and availability for important projects - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to handle management requirements and willingness to travel as needed Your dedication to achieving annual recruitment targets, collaborating with key stakeholders, and implementing innovative strategies will contribute to the success of both the students and the university.
