Student Placement Coordinator

As a Student Placement Coordinator, your primary role will involve facilitating the placement process for students by establishing and nurturing relationships with employers, offering support to students in their job search, and organizing recruitment events. Your responsibilities will also include providing career counseling, maintaining accurate placement records, and staying updated on industry trends. Your key responsibilities as a Student Placement Coordinator will include: - Employer Relationship Management: Cultivating strong ties with employers to identify potential job and internship opportunities for students. - Student Support: Offering guidance and assistance to students throughout their job search journey, which may involve resume writing, interview preparation, and career counseling. - Event Coordination: Planning and executing recruitment events, job fairs, and networking sessions to facilitate connections between students and employers. - Data Management: Keeping track of and managing student placement data, updating job placement databases, and ensuring the precision of placement records. - Collaboration: Working closely with academic departments to embed career readiness into the curriculum and ensure that students are well-equipped for the job market. This position is a full-time role with benefits that include cell phone reimbursement, a flexible schedule, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, and a day shift schedule.
