About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Placement Coordinator to support our placement cell. The role involves assisting with student placements, coordinating with recruiters, and ensuring smooth execution of placement-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with companies for student placement opportunities.
• Support in organizing campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement events.
• Coordinate with students regarding placement schedules, requirements, and updates.
• Maintain and update placement databases and student records.
• Help students with resume preparation, interview readiness, and basic career guidance.
• Prepare reports and assist in placement-related documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in placement coordination, HR, or student services (freshers may apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
