Key Responsibilities -Lead student and resource development initiatives. -Organise events and communicate effectively with students. -Enhance student engagement and drive continuous improvement. -Collect and analyse data to inform decision-making. Qualification, Experience & Required Skills MBA HR / MSW / MA Psychology (Industrial) from a recognised university. 0-2 years of experience Proficiency in English and MS Office. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
