Student Counselor

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students and parents. Your main tasks will include providing detailed information about our courses, admissions process, and benefits, as well as following up on inquiries to ensure that targets are met. It will be crucial for you to maintain records of interactions and update databases accurately. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities will also be essential. While previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred, we are open to considering candidates who demonstrate the right skill set and attitude. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
