Role Description

This is a full-time Student Counselor position based on-site in Thrissur. The primary responsibilities include providing academic and career counseling services to students, assisting them in understanding their potential, and guiding them to make informed decisions about their education and career paths. The Student Counselor will also collaborate with students, educators, and parents to address academic, career, and personal development needs, ensuring a supportive environment for student growth.

Qualifications

• Competency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, with the ability to guide students effectively toward academic and career success.
• Strong Communication skills to clearly convey information and engage effectively with students, parents, and educators.
• Experience in Customer Service and Education, demonstrating a student-focused and professional approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with empathy and the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of individuals.
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field is required. Advanced qualifications in counseling or a closely related area are advantageous.
