Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Student Counselors to guide and support students through their enrollment journey. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to understand student needs, and a passion for helping learners choose the right career path.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
• Provide detailed guidance on curriculum, fees, career prospects, and training outcomes.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure successful admissions.
• Maintain inquiry and follow-up records in CRM or internal trackers.
• Achieve monthly targets for admissions and lead conversions.
• Participate in seminars, counseling sessions, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with the telemarketing and sales teams for smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as Student Counselor or Academic Counselor is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing ability and student-handling skills.
• Target-driven, organized, and proactive.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries.
• Immediate joiners only.

Salary:

₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.2 LPA + Attractive Incentives
