Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor for Germany, located in Kozhikode. The Student Counselor will guide students in choosing the right courses, universities, and colleges based on their career goals in Germany. Daily tasks include providing career counseling, aiding with visa applications, offering accommodation and migration assistance, and delivering excellent customer service. The counselor will also help in coordinating with educational institutions and providing support throughout the application process.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling Experience for Germany
• Thorough Knowledge about German Universities and Colleges.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in the Education sector
• Relevant skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and empathy
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
• Knowledge of the overseas education application process is a plus
