Job Description

Position : Student Relationship Manager (Female candidates only) Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling and Lead Generation Conduct outbound calls to prospective students from a provided list to generate interest in our programs. Follow a structured script to explain our offerings, answer questions, and address concerns. Track and update call outcomes in our CRM system. Handling Walk-ins Greet and engage with walk-in visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Provide information about our programs, facilities, and admission process. Admission Management Assist prospective students with the admission process, including application forms, document verification, and fee payment. Schedule and coordinate campus tours, interviews, and other admission-related activities. Student Relationship Management Address student queries and concerns, providing guidance and support throughout their academic journey. Organize student engagement activities, workshops, and other events to foster a positive student experience. Required Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
