1. He/She is required to attend the calls and give the course details to the students. 2. He/She is required to share the complete course infomation and schdule the demo class for them. Roles and Responsibility Provide expert guidance and support to students on academic and career-related matters. Develop and implement effective counseling strategies to enhance student engagement and retention. Collaborate with faculty members to design and deliver comprehensive course programs. Conduct workshops and seminars to promote student development and well-being. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders. Job Requirements Proven experience in student counseling or course advising, preferably in an educational setting. Strong knowledge of student development principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, faculty, and staff. Familiarity with educational technologies and software applications. Strong organizational and time management skills.
