Role Overview:

We are looking for an Academic Counsellor (Fresher) who is passionate about guiding students in their higher education journey abroad. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and admission requirements.

Assist students in shortlisting suitable universities based on their profiles and career goals.

Guide students through the entire admission and visa application process.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.

Participate in training sessions, seminars, and promotional activities.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of student applications.

Maintain professional communication with students, parents, and university partners.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).

Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.

Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
