Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students about digital marketing courses and career opportunities.
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs offered through Raavis Institute.
• Handle student queries through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
• Maintain regular follow-up with leads and help convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Work closely with the admissions and marketing team to support growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any stream (Education/Psychology preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in student counseling or a similar role.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Passionate about education and student success.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or basic data entry is a plus.
