Role Overview

As an Academic Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families. Your role will involve understanding their educational aspirations, recommending suitable learning programs, and driving enrolments. You will play a key part in helping students make informed academic choices while contributing to Xylem Learning’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Interaction: Engage with students and parents through inbound and outbound calls using our internal lead database.
• Enrolment Guidance: Understand students’ academic goals and recommend appropriate courses and learning pathways.
• Program Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Xylem Learning’s programs and services.
• Relationship Building: Develop trust-based, long-term relationships with students and parents to ensure a positive enrolment experience.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment and conversion targets.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all communications, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless student journey.
• Feedback Sharing: Provide insights and feedback to improve lead quality, marketing effectiveness, and the overall counselling process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
• Experience: 0–2 years in counselling, sales, enrolment, or advisory roles (freshers are welcome to apply)
• Performance Orientation: Prior experience in achieving sales or enrolment targets is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
