Role: Student counselor

Educational Qualification: Bachelors

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Industry Type: Educational institute/ finishing school

Location: Kochi

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide Career and educational counselling to students.
Help them identify their core competencies and also provide career guidance aligning with their core competencies and interests.
Handle Telephonic queries and document the details.
Converting inquiries into admissions.
Answer questions about our products or the company
Update customer records in the company database as required
Create sales pipelines and convert the leads to meet and exceed targets.
Assist students in setting academic goals, selecting courses, and exploring career options.
Inspecting clients' career-related aspirations, concerns, and uncertainties throughout the consultation process.
Evaluate clients' educational and work backgrounds in order to help them determine what they need to do next to achieve their goals.
Providing immediate support and intervention during crises, ensuring the safety and well-being of students
Help students with job placements by contacting different industries, hospitals etc. and assessing vacancies.
Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
