Role Overview

Study Abroad Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students in choosing the right country, course, and university based on academic and career goals.
• Manage complete admissions and visa processes, including accommodation and travel arrangements.
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information on global education systems (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, Ireland, etc.).
• Counsel students and parents on eligibility, documentation, and course/program options.
• Advise on Diploma, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate opportunities across disciplines.
• Maintain accurate student records, applications, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Match student profiles with suitable institutions and promote partner universities.
• Stay updated with deadlines, scholarships, and university updates.
• Prepare timely reports and share insights with internal teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience:

  Minimum 2 years in Study Abroad / Overseas Education counseling (mandatory).

• Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of admission & visa processes for at least 3 countries.

• Communication:

  Excellent spoken & written English (local language is a plus).

• Student-Centric:

  Empathetic, professional, and supportive in guiding students & parents.

• Sales Orientation:

  Target-driven with proven ability to achieve results.

• Tech Skills:

  Comfortable using CRM tools & digital communication.

• Team Player:

  Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

• Professionalism:

  Strong decision-making ability with high ethical standards.
