About the Role We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Visa Counsellor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire visa application and documentation process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience. The role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of visa regulations and embassy procedures for multiple countries. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on visa application processes for countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe . Assess clients’ eligibility and documentation requirements for various visa categories (student, tourist, work, dependent, PR, etc.). Review and verify all visa application forms, supporting documents, and ensure accuracy before submission. Stay updated on the latest immigration laws, policies, and embassy regulations. Assist clients in preparing and organizing necessary documentation for visa interviews and appointments. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application statuses using CRM or internal systems. Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and external agencies when required. Provide post-submission follow-up and support until the visa outcome is received. Meet individual and team targets for client conversions and successful applications. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality at all times. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. 2–5 years of proven experience in visa counselling, immigration consulting, or overseas education services. Strong knowledge of visa processes for major destinations (especially UK, Canada, Australia, and Schengen countries). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
