About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Student Counselor (Female) to join our fast-growing IT Training company. If you're someone with strong Telugu and English communication skills, loves talking to people, and has a knack for convincing and guiding students, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound/cold calls to prospective students and explain course offerings
• Guide students and parents in choosing the right IT training programs
• Handle walk-ins and follow-ups professionally
• Maintain accurate records in MS Excel & Word
• Meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets
• Take full ownership of your performance and conversions
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Excellent spoken communication in Telugu and English
• Strong persuasion and convincing skills
• Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales, counseling, or outbound calling
• Willing to work from office (6 days a week)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
