We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Sales Counsellor to guide prospective learners, understand their career goals, and enroll them into our professional certification and corporate training programs. The role combines counselling, sales, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and working professionals on career pathways and course offerings
Convert inbound and outbound leads into enrollments
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (telephonic / virtual / in-person)
Explain course structure, fees, benefits, and career outcomes
Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term relationships
Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates
Participate in webinars, seminars, and campus events

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Lead-to-enrollment conversion ratio
Monthly revenue and enrollment targets
Follow-up efficiency
Student satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate (Commerce/Management preferred)
1–5 years experience in education sales / counseling / EdTech
Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Customer-centric mindset
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic reporting

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience selling professional certifications (US CMA, CPA, ACCA, EA, etc.)
Ability to understand career aspirations and suggest solutions
Target-driven and result-oriented
Professional and empathetic approach toward students

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,504.72 per month
