Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counsellor cum Receptionist, located in Lucknow. The Student Counsellor cum Receptionist will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, handling front-desk reception duties, managing communication with students and clients, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting visitors, scheduling appointments and classes, maintaining records, and addressing inquiries about our yoga and wellness programs. Qualifications Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Background in Education and related fields Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using office software and managing digital communication Previous experience in a reception or counseling role is preferred Passion for health, wellness, and yoga
