Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal & external communications (emails, meetings, documentation)
• Plan and manage events, campaigns, and operational workflows
• Liaise with Students and team members
• Maintain project timelines and ensure smooth execution
• Support team productivity through proactive organization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in coordination, admin, or project support roles
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Highly organized with strong time-management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft workspace, Slack or similar tools
• Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelors degree in any discipline
