Student Advisor Intern

Responsibilities:

• Conducting calls to prospective students and engaging in conversations to understand their educational background,

interests, and goals.

• Assessing the suitability of leads based on predetermined criteria and determining their potential as prospective

students.

• Effectively communicating with the senior team members to provide detailed insights and recommendations

regarding qualified leads.

• Maintaining accurate and organized records of lead interactions and relevant information in our database.

• Thoroughly understand the various steps involved in the process of conversion of the assigned leads.

 Attend online training sessions that are organised by the institutes or our internal trainers.

 Become a subject matter expert.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with prospective students

• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with leads and provide them with a positive experience during the

qualification process.

• Excellent research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using MS Office and Internet surfing.

• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring accurate assessment and record-keeping.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively with senior team members.

• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

• Must possess patience and empathy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
