Responsibilities: Conducting calls to prospective students and engaging in conversations to understand their educational background, interests, and goals. Assessing the suitability of leads based on predetermined criteria and determining their potential as prospective students. Effectively communicating with the senior team members to provide detailed insights and recommendations regarding qualified leads. Maintaining accurate and organized records of lead interactions and relevant information in our database. Thoroughly understand the various steps involved in the process of conversion of the assigned leads.  Attend online training sessions that are organised by the institutes or our internal trainers.  Become a subject matter expert. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with prospective students Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with leads and provide them with a positive experience during the qualification process. Excellent research and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in using MS Office and Internet surfing. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring accurate assessment and record-keeping. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively with senior team members. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Must possess patience and empathy.
