What You’ll Do

• Engage with international students and parents to provide expert counseling on academic programs and career opportunities.
• Communicate fluently in English (mandatory) to build trust and effectively guide students.
• Convert student inquiries into successful enrollments through confident communication and consistent follow-ups.
• Support students with registration, documentation, and smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate student records using modern CRM tools.
• Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets with a results-driven mindset.
• Offer personalized guidance throughout every student’s journey.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent English-speaking and writing skills (Mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.
• A positive, energetic, and target-focused personality.
• Basic computer knowledge — email, MS Office, and CRM platforms.
• Prior experience in counseling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent spoken English and a passion for education are highly encouraged to apply!
• Must own a personal laptop and have a reliable internet connection.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday – Work From Home
• Sunday – Weekly Off
