2.Subcontractors assessment & Management Control plan preparation Site Execution

3.Expediting Quantity surveying & Bills checking with the contractors Construction Project Management, Site Planning, Sub-contract Management, Rate Analysis, Site Execution, designs and drawings making calculations about loads and stresses.

5.Responsible for the site handling and execution of Excavation, Reinforcement checking & Concrete casting for the construction of Major Bridge, Minor Bridge, VUP, LVUP, Culvert box.

6.Preparation of BBS & preparation of Sub Contractor Bills .

7.Co-ordination with Client and Consultant during site inspection and make them satisfied as construction work gets complete adhered as per standard and specification.

8.Responsible for the Site handling and Execution of Layout, Excavation , BBS, Levelling work with Auto Level for Construction of MNB( Minor Bridge) , Pile Foundation, VUP, PUP, FOB, Culvert Box ,

9.Execution of Finishing work, brick work , RCC work, Steel Checking, Shuttering Lining and Centring work , Flooring work. Preparation of DPR( Daily Progress Report) and Making the Measurement Bill ( MB ) .

10. Co ordination with Management and site Team and Sub contractor for solving technical issues.
