If you have a strong background in structural analysis and design, proficiency in advanced software, and a thorough understanding of IS codes, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Conduct structural analysis and design using ETABS, STAAD-PRO, and SAFE. •⁠ ⁠Review and verify analysis results and perform manual design calculations as needed. •⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with IS codes and standards. •⁠ ⁠Lead and mentor junior engineers. •⁠ ⁠Collaborate with team members to deliver innovative engineering solutions. •⁠ ⁠Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications •⁠ ⁠M.Tech in Structural Engineering from a reputed institute. •⁠ ⁠3+ years of experience in both RCC & Steel building. •⁠ ⁠Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD-PRO, and SAFE software •⁠ ⁠Strong manual design skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant IS codes. •⁠ ⁠Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. •⁠ ⁠Proven leadership and project management skills.
