About the Role: As a Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, analysis, and execution of structural systems for various industrial and infrastructure projects. This role involves close coordination with internal design, fabrication, and construction teams to ensure the structural integrity and success of each project. Key Responsibilities: Design and analyze steel, concrete, and composite structures using STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000 Prepare detailed construction drawings and technical specifications Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and site teams to align project requirements Conduct inspections, review shop drawings, and ensure quality during execution Create design reports, calculation sheets, and compliance documentation Contribute to innovation and value engineering initiatives What We re Looking For: Bachelor s in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master s preferred) 3 8 years of experience in structural design and analysis Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, SAFE, Revit Knowledge of IS codes, AISC, ACI, Eurocodes Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills PE license or equivalent is a plus Ideal Candidate Attributes: Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset Committed to safety, quality, and compliance Collaborative and adaptable across multidisciplinary teams Able to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines
