We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team at Hirise Drafting and Consulting Pvt. Ltd. The role involves designing, analyzing, and reviewing RCC and steel structures while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. The candidate will work closely with architects, MEP teams, and contractors to deliver accurate structural solutions and support smooth project execution. The position requires strong technical knowledge, proficiency in structural design software, and the ability to prepare detailed drawings, calculations, and reports for steel structures and RCC buildings.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform structural design and analysis for RCC and steel structures as per project requirements.
• Review site plans and prepare design documents considering actual site conditions.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and other project teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and technical documentation required for the project.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and drafting staff (for senior-level positions).

Key Skills Required

• Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, STAAD Foundation, ETABS, and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of RCC and steel structure design with AISC, NYBC, and IS design codes
• Expertise in foundation design and structural analysis

Qualifications Required

• Masters Degree (M.E/M.Tech) in Structural Engineering
