Structural Draughtsman

Role Overview: You are a Structural Draughtsman with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a structural design consultancy firm. Your success in this role hinges on creating accurate RCC drawings, reinforcement detailing, and coordination outputs that assist engineers in delivering safe, efficient, and code-compliant designs. Your responsibilities are crucial to our projects, ensuring that design intent is accurately reflected in precise and constructible drawings, thereby enhancing the quality and reputation of our work. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare precise structural drawings, encompassing plans, sections, and reinforcement details for RCC structures. - Develop reinforcement schedules and bar bending schedules (BBS). - Ensure that drawings adhere to IS codes, project specifications, and company standards. - Update and modify drawings based on design alterations or client feedback. - Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and consultants to address technical queries. - Maintain drawing records and ensure timely delivery of outputs. - Contribute to projects utilizing BIM workflows (Autodesk Suite/Revit) when applicable. Qualifications: - Diploma / ITI in Civil Drafting (or equivalent). - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a draughtsman in a structural design consultancy. - Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. - Strong understanding of RCC detailing and drafting practices. - Experience in BIM software (Autodesk Revit / Autodesk Suite) will be a significant advantage. - Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines. - Good verbal and written communication skills.,
