Role Overview: As an experienced Structural Draughtsman joining the team in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to prepare detailed structural drawings for RCC buildings, including high-rises, commercial, and township projects. This will involve creating reinforcement detailing, general arrangement drawings (GAD), sections, and schedules. Your role will require close coordination with design engineers to ensure accuracy and clarity in the drawings. Additionally, you will be responsible for modifying the drawings based on design changes and client feedback, while ensuring adherence to relevant codes, standards, and project specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed structural drawings for RCC buildings, including high-rises, commercial, and township projects. - Create reinforcement detailing, general arrangement drawings (GAD), sections, and schedules. - Coordinate closely with design engineers to ensure accuracy and clarity. - Modify drawings as per design changes and client feedback. - Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and project specifications. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing RCC structural drawings. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of structural drafting standards. - Ability to understand and interpret structural design outputs. - Team player with good communication and coordination skills. - Must be located in Mumbai.
