We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Frame Detailer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the residential construction industry and a strong understanding of framing systems, trusses, and structural documentation.

Role & responsibilities

- Analyze architectural plans, and design structural framing accordingly.

- Collaborate with engineer to create the right design.

- Design according to the clients requirement.

- Prepare layouts, drawings for engineering approvals.

- Prepare final documentation for production, and installation on site.

- Focus on quality, and time management, to deliver the project rightly.

- Produce workshop drawings, CNC files, bill of materials, and -manufacturing documentation.

- Assist in improving design outcomes through practical, buildable detailing.

- Maintain accurate project documentation and meet required deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

-Knowledge about the structural engineering.

- Preferred know software is Vertex BD, other Cad software can be considered as well.

- Company works with overseas companies, like Australia, so training will be provided. But construction knowledge in Steel framing will be good.

- Know to use Microsoft excel, word. To manage project timelines, and prepare documentation of project for repeated clients, for constant better service.

- Open to learn and grow in the field.

This is the full-time position, starting with the training period to understand the other countries construction and design work to deliver the projects.
