Job Description:

CADDESK Hyderabad is hiring for the position of Structural Designer Trainer/Faculty to train and guide students in civil engineering design software. We welcome both freshers and experienced professionals with a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, E-TABS, BIM, and Revit.
• Prepare engaging and practical course materials and assignments.
• Provide hands-on guidance on software tools and real-time projects.
• Assess student understanding and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in structural and civil engineering technologies.

Key Skills Required:

• AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, E-TABS, BIM, and Revit.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of structural and civil engineering concepts.
• Interest and ability to teach and mentor students.

Candidate Profile:

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Recent graduates from 2023, 2024, or 2025 batches are eligible.
