Job Description

This position offers an exciting opportunity to design structural components for Turbo machinery products including enclosures, base frames and ancillary systems for new product development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and develop detailed mechanical designs with a focus on structural integrity, ensuring they meet all relevant standards and specifications
Perform comprehensive structural analysis and hand calculations to validate the performance and safety of designs under various loading conditions
Strong understanding of materials science and strength of materials.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Electrical engineers, Manufacturing engineers to ensure seamless integration of designs into final products.
Prepare Detailed engineering documentation, including detailed drawings, analysis reports and technical specifications.

Required Skills:

Ability to produce both concept and Detailed design using CREO.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform complex calculations and simulations
Strong structural validation knowledge using CREO Simulation or ANSYS.
Strong knowledge in welding symbols and Standards API, ASME, ISA, ANSI&DIN
Strong knowledge in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
