Structural Design Engineer

Job description

Responsibilities

• Preparation of clear, complete and accurate drawings.
• Coordinate the complete project drawings from beginnings to submission. And to coordinate all required documentation like survey levels, soil reports, NOCs inputs from all technical heads etc.
• Preparation of detailed Structural Drawings.
• Coordinate with the Lead Architect, Chief Structural Engineer & Senior Engineers to arrive at accurate detailed drawings.
• Preparing working drawings from rough or detailed sketches.
• Learn and make online submission of the final working drawings to various authorities like Dubai Municipality, JAFZA, TECOM, EMAAR etc.
• Ensure accurate back up (both physically and electronically) of all drawings, NOC’s and all project related documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCad and Revit
• Have full working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office, MS Project & other software required for communication, planning/scheduling and presentation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil or Structural Engineering
• minimum 5 years experience in design drafting.
