Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Structural Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Lead structural design for
data centers and semiconductor manufacturing facilities
, ensuring compliance with global standards and local codes.
Develop
structural analysis models
, perform calculations, and prepare detailed design documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, architecture, process engineering, project management) for seamless integration of structural systems.
Review and approve drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
Support
construction phase services
, including site inspections and resolving design queries.
Ensure adherence to
quality, safety, and sustainability standards
in all deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelors/Master’s degree in
Civil/Structural Engineering
.
10+ years
of experience in structural design, with significant exposure to
data centers and semiconductor facilities
.
Proficiency in
ETABS, STAAD.Pro, Revit, AutoCAD
, and other structural design tools.
Strong knowledge of
international codes
(ACI, Eurocode, IS codes) and
industry-specific standards for semiconductor and data center projects
.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with
high-load structures
, vibration control, cleanroom requirements, and steel/concrete systems.
Familiarity with
BIM workflows
and digital collaboration tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.
