Structural consultant

You will be working as a full-time Structural Consultant at our company located in Salem. Your main responsibilities will include designing, analyzing, and evaluating structural systems and components. This will involve tasks such as conducting site inspections, collaborating with architects and engineers, creating detailed calculations, and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards. Additionally, you will be expected to address structural issues, write technical reports, and oversee project timelines and budgets. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in structural design and analysis software like AutoCAD, STAAD, and ETABS. A strong grasp of building codes, construction standards, and materials is essential. Previous experience in conducting structural inspections and assessments will be valuable, along with skills in project management, including scheduling and budgeting. Effective communication and collaboration abilities are also crucial. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field. A Professional Engineering (PE) license would be beneficial. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in structural consulting or design.,
