Structural BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models for structural elements (concrete, steel, etc.) in Revit
• Collaborate with architects, MEP, and other structural teams for clash detection and coordination
• Interpret structural drawings, BOQs, and project documentation
• Ensure models adhere to BIM execution plans and LOD standards (LOD 300–LOD 500)
• Conduct model audits, quality checks, and version control
• Extract drawings and schedules from BIM models
• Support project engineers with accurate and up-to-date models for on-site execution

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Understanding of structural design principles and detailing
• Familiarity with BIM standards (NBIMS, ISO 19650, etc.)
• Ability to work on large-scale projects with complex modeling requirements
• Strong communication and coordination abilities

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on BIM experience
• Must have experience in high-rise building and metro/infrastructure projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
