Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop accurate 3D BIM models for structural elements (concrete, steel, etc.) in Revit Collaborate with architects, MEP, and other structural teams for clash detection and coordination Interpret structural drawings, BOQs, and project documentation Ensure models adhere to BIM execution plans and LOD standards (LOD 300–LOD 500) Conduct model audits, quality checks, and version control Extract drawings and schedules from BIM models Support project engineers with accurate and up-to-date models for on-site execution Required Skills: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit , Navisworks , and AutoCAD Understanding of structural design principles and detailing Familiarity with BIM standards (NBIMS, ISO 19650, etc.) Ability to work on large-scale projects with complex modeling requirements Strong communication and coordination abilities Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on BIM experience Must have experience in high-rise building and metro/infrastructure projects Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Structural BIM Modeler: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
