Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Strength and Conditioning Coach, located in Vasai. The Strength and Conditioning Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing strength and conditioning programs, monitoring athletes' performance, providing injury prevention strategies, and conducting strength training sessions. The coach will work closely with athletes to optimize their athletic performance and ensure they are in peak physical condition for competitions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning
• Experience in Athletic Performance and Injury Prevention
• Skills in Strength Training
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other coaches and staff
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field
• Certification from a recognized body (e.g., NSCA, CSCS) is a plus
• Experience working with cricket players or other athletes
