As a Strategy & Business Intelligence Senior Associate in the Global Banking Intelligence team, you will have the exciting opportunity to partner with the Business to provide a comprehensive view and identify high-value revenue growth opportunities. You will be leveraging data-driven and advanced analytical approaches to prioritize and accelerate growth opportunities for the Global Banking business. Your role will involve defining, refining, and delivering set goals for the firm through relevant, timely, and effective data-driven strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and drive workstreams within broader strategic projects in the business intelligence portfolio - Act as an internal consultant to frame problems, structure analysis, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders - Engage with senior leadership and bankers for progress updates, steerco meetings, and data gathering exercises - Communicate actionable insights to business stakeholders through appropriate delivery mechanisms such as dashboards, email alerts, and presentations - Adapt to a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and competing priorities **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 5 years" experience in Strategy or Management Consulting - Demonstrated capability in business problem-solving and drawing actionable insights from various data and research assets - Strong business understanding and quantitative analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and global stakeholders - MBA/ M.Tech from a top-tier school; additional qualification in data/business analytics preferred - Knowledge of software packages like Python, R, or SQL, and familiarity with relational database concepts - Financial services experience preferred - Expertise with tools like Alteryx, Tableau, and Qliksense - Background in using statistics and machine learning for business problem solving preferred This role offers you the opportunity to work at the intersection of data analytics and business problem solving, contributing to the growth and success of the Global Banking business.,
