Strategy and Operations Lead, Global Operations Center

As an ideal candidate for this position, you will have the opportunity to select your preferred working location from either Hyderabad, Telangana, India, or Gurugram, Haryana, India. You should hold a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent practical experience along with at least 10 years of experience in project or program management, consulting, or client-facing roles. Having a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related advanced degree would be considered a preferred qualification. Additionally, experience with Google products or services within the Global Operations Center, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies including developing compelling business cases and implementing recommendations are highly valued. As part of the team of trusted advisors supporting customers globally, you will leverage technical skills, product expertise, and a deep understanding of customers" complex needs to deliver tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will focus on defining, refining, and communicating goals for various Global Operations Center (GOC) Operations verticals in alignment with GOC and Google strategies. Furthermore, you will act as a facilitator and relationship builder, collaborating across teams and functions to identify improvement opportunities and solve problems. By utilizing data analysis and business intelligence tools, you will support business case development, performance reporting, and operational excellence initiatives. Your ability to create presentations, reports, and communications articulating GOC Operation's performance and value to diverse audiences, including leadership and stakeholders, will be crucial. Your role will also involve establishing governance structures, tracking key metrics, and providing program management support for initiatives to ensure efficient and effective operations. Your excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong teamwork skills will be essential in leading discussions with various cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.,
