By conducting deep analysis of peers, customers, pricing intelligence, industry trends, and benchmarking, you will provide actionable recommendations to drive business success. Your core responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing primary and secondary market data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the CRO/CDMO/Pharma/Biotech industries. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze competitor activities, develop competitor profiles, evaluate the industry landscape, and produce market intelligence reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. You will also conduct competitive benchmarking, support strategy formulation exercises, and develop business cases for new product expansions and market entry strategies. To excel in this role, you should have 5-10 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. A strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to develop meaningful insights from disparate data sets are essential. Furthermore, excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the capability to present findings to senior management clearly and compellingly, are key requirements for this position. An MBA in General Management or Strategy is preferred.
