Strategic Delivery Analyst

Role Overview: As a Strategic Delivery Analyst at bp's Customers & Products (C&P) business area in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of integrated strategies and the implementation of strategic projects in the M&C Europe region. You will work within the Strategic Delivery team, collaborating with various departments to ensure the success of capital allocation, network planning, VCP monitoring, and strategic project analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor the progress of existing investment programs and growth projects, ensuring the accuracy of the investment pipeline. - Shape and manage the Capex and Revex investment portfolio, providing advice on reallocations, alternative funding options, and optimization opportunities across M&C Europe. - Collaborate closely with Finance & Performance teams and strategy managers to maintain consistency in data and financial project execution throughout Europe. - Engage with colleagues across M&C Europe to facilitate cross-market problem-solving and deliver high-quality analysis. - Prepare clear and comprehensive reports and presentations tailored to stakeholder needs, enabling effective communication of findings and recommendations. - Promote continuous improvement and standardization in investment and strategy processes while adhering to bp's Code of Conduct and core beliefs. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, economics, engineering, science, or related fields. - Strong understanding of capital expenditure (CapEx) investment principles, including categorization frameworks and financial accounting practices. - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerBI. - Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze complex data, identify key insights, and develop actionable recommendations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences in English. - Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams, showcase leadership potential, and manage stakeholders effectively.,
