Job Description

You will be joining the dynamic team at Groww Mutual Fund, an organization dedicated to creating long-term wealth for investors through innovative schemes and consistent wealth creation strategies. As a member of the Key Accounts & Strategic Alliance team, your role will involve supporting key accounts initiatives, managing relationships with key partners, and sourcing new key account relationships to drive business growth. - **Drive Key Accounts Initiatives:** - Collaborate with the Head of Key Accounts & Strategic Alliance to execute strategic initiatives with key accounts. - Ensure seamless implementation of key account initiatives by coordinating with internal teams (Growth, Product, Operations). - Track project progress and provide updates on various initiatives. - **Manage Key Account Relationships:** - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners such as National Distributors, Banks, and Fintechs. - Develop engagement strategies to drive growth within key accounts. - Define business metrics, set goals, and work towards achieving them. - **Source New Key Account Relationships:** - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential key accounts. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify prospective partners. - Present proposals to potential partners, showcasing the value proposition of Groww Mutual Fund. - **Data-Driven Decision Making:** - Utilize data analytics to monitor key account performance and business metrics. - Develop strategies aligned with overall business objectives to achieve set goals. - **Contract Negotiation and Management:** - Negotiate and manage contracts with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. - Monitor contract compliance and address any arising issues. - **Reporting and Analysis:** - Generate regular reports on key account performance, strategic initiatives, and business development activities. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the mutual fund industry, focusing on key accounts management. - Proven track record of working with National Distributor/Bank/Stock Broking channels. - Digital-first and data-driven mindset with the ability to define and achieve business metrics. - Strong understanding of mutual fund products and the financial services industry. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.,
